About Our Roofing Company in Guthrie

We are a local roofing crew that does the paperwork as carefully as the shingles. Before any work on your home, we explain what the permit covers, what the inspector will look for and what you can expect each day, so nothing about your roof feels like a mystery.

Why We Work the Way We Do

Most people only deal with a roofer once or twice while they own a home. That makes it easy to feel lost when someone starts talking about underlayment, drip edge or ice and water shield. We would rather slow down and explain it than have you sign something you do not fully understand.

Building codes exist for practical reasons. They set how many nails hold each shingle, how valleys and flashing are detailed and how much ventilation the attic needs. When those details are skipped, a roof can look fine on day one and still fail early, or cause trouble when you sell or file an insurance claim. So we build to the code from the start, and we tell you which parts of the job the code is driving.

Oklahoma weather tests a roof hard, with spring hail, strong wind and big swings between summer heat and winter cold. A roof built to code holds up better through all of it. That is the whole point of doing it right, and it is how we approach roof replacement, roof repair, gutters and commercial work alike.

How We Run Every Job

  • We pull the permit

When your project needs one, we apply for it and handle the scheduling. You will know the permit is in place before tear-off begins, and we keep a copy on hand during the work.

  • Inspections explained in plain words

We tell you which inspections apply, roughly when they happen and what the inspector checks. If anything needs a correction, we fix it and tell you what changed.

  • Photos of what we find

Decking, flashing and attic ventilation are hidden once a roof goes on. We take photos as we go so you can see the condition underneath and the work that covered it. If we find soft or rotted decking, we show you before replacing it.

  • A tidy yard when we leave

Tarps go over shrubs and flower beds before the old roof comes off, and tear-off debris goes straight into a container instead of piling on the lawn. Before we pack up, we roll a magnetic sweeper across the grass and drive to pick up stray nails, so your home is ready for kids, pets and tires that same evening.
